本标准为国际小水电联合会团体标准。 本标准的主要内容为小水电与风光互补控制系统技术条件。 本标准按照GBT 1.1-2020《标准化工作导则 第1部分：标准化文件的结构和起草规则》编制。 本标准规定了小水电与风光互补控制系统的总体要求、系统构成、系统功能、性能指标要求。 本标准适用于水电装机容量在30MW及以下的小型水电站、小型抽水蓄能电站与周边风电场、光伏发电站联合运行的互补控制系统，其他容量和形式的互补系统可参照执行。This document specifies the general requirements, composition, functions, and performance indicators for small-scale Hydro-Wind-PV complementary control systems.This document is pertinent to complementary control systems for small-scale hydro power stationswith a capacity not exceeding 30MW, as well as pumped storage power stations , and wind farms and photovoltaic (PV) power stations within the region. Alternative capacities and configurations of complementary systems may adopt this document asa reference for implementation.
